Goodman Route Transportation ("Goodman Route Transportation," "we," "us," or "our") provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in Mississippi. Our services include, but are not limited to: • Transportation to and from medical appointments, doctor visits, and specialist consultations • Dialysis transportation (recurring and one-time) • Physical therapy and occupational therapy transportation • Hospital discharge transportation • Pharmacy and prescription pick-up transportation • Senior transportation • Personal transportation for essential errands Goodman Route Transportation is a non-emergency medical transportation provider. We do not provide emergency medical services. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or emergency response. In the event of a medical emergency, passengers should call 911 immediately.

Scheduling: Rides may be scheduled by calling us at (662) 516-3553, by emailing info@goodmanroutetransport.com, or by submitting our online contact form. We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Confirmation: After scheduling, you will receive confirmation of your pickup time, date, and location. It is your responsibility to verify that all details are correct. Cancellations: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel a scheduled ride, please notify us as soon as possible — preferably at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future rides.

To ensure a safe and smooth transportation experience, passengers agree to: • Be ready and present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time • Provide accurate pickup and destination addresses when booking • Treat drivers and other passengers with respect and courtesy • Refrain from any behavior that endangers the safety of the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle • Inform us of any special needs, mobility requirements, or medical conditions that may affect the ride when booking We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who engages in threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

Payment for transportation services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods: • Cash • Debit and credit cards • Medicaid and insurance (where applicable; please verify coverage when scheduling) For recurring transportation services, payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of scheduling. All fees and rates will be communicated clearly before your ride is confirmed. Goodman Route Transportation reserves the right to modify rates with reasonable notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid before new rides can be scheduled.

A "no-show" occurs when a passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within a reasonable time (typically 5–10 minutes) after the scheduled pickup time and the driver is unable to establish contact with the passenger. In the event of a no-show: • The driver will attempt to contact you by phone before departing • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future rides • We reserve the right to decline service to passengers with a pattern of repeated no-shows • No-show fees may apply at our discretion If you anticipate being delayed, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate reasonable delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goodman Route Transportation LLC, its owners, employees, drivers, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to missed appointments, loss of income, personal injury, or property damage — arising from or related to the use of our transportation services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ride giving rise to the claim. Goodman Route Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any delays as soon as possible. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Mississippi law.

By accessing and using the Goodman Route Transportation website, you agree to: • Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the website. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All content on the Goodman Route Transportation website — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and the overall design — is the property of Goodman Route Transportation LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name "Goodman Route Transportation," our logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Goodman Route Transportation LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or display our trademarks or content without our prior written consent. You may view and print pages from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication — is prohibited without our express written permission.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of our services or website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
